The Switzer Talent Agency is a full-service agency, specializing in booking professional entertainers in the areas of video, television, film, theater, music, voiceover and commercial print production. In addition, we have a wide range of celebrity speakers, sports icons and corporate entertainers to fit almost any occasion.

​The agency was founded by Becky (Buwick) Switzer, former gymnastics coach for the University of Oklahoma and member of the 1988 USA Women’s Gymnastic Olympic Coaching staff. Becky is joined in this venture by her husband, Barry Switzer, 2002 College Football Hall of Fame inductee and former head coach of the University of Oklahoma and Dallas Cowboys.
Switzer Talent is a small, boutique agency that is talent focused. Our team works hard to sign only the best talent and then work with each individual to move their career forward. Because we keep our talent pool small, we are able to be more hands on with our talent. This Switzer Talent team is picky - on purpose - and we are proud to represent some great talent in Oklahoma City, Dallas, Austin, and Los Angeles.

Joie Johnson

Following her graduation of University of Oklahoma with a BFA in Musical Theater, Joie worked in DC for the New York Stock Exchange Office of Government Affairs.
Joie joined the Switzer team in 2012, where she spearheaded the music division and continues to expand the agency.

Former Olympic coach Becky Switzer spent several years representing celebritty clients before starting Switzer Talent Agency. Since opening, the agency has expanded to on-camera, voice over, music, and much more.

Becky is an avid animal activist and a community leader in Oklahoma.

Alyssa Van Hooser
Assistant Agent
Alyssa graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her BFA in Drama and a minor in Communication. She has returned to her hometown of Dallas, Texas where she has worked for companies such as the Dallas Theater Center and Junior Players. Alyssa is an avid lover of movies, books, and green tea.
Gretchen Hahn
Assistant Agent
Gretchen is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she got a BFA in Acting with an additional focus in Directing. She served as the Head of Recruitment for the Helmerich School of Drama from 2013 to 2016 and joined Switzer in the fall of 2015. She was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and since moving back has rekindled her love of Tex Mex and live music.
Hartleigh Buwick
Assistant Agent
A native to Oklahoma Hartleigh has been performing since she was a child. She has a deep passion for music, talent and the arts. Hartleigh currently resides in Los Angeles where she is pursuing her career in music and acting.
